As owner of a holiday house in Bulgaria it is difficult
to manage the maintenance of the house the whole year
round. Bulgarian Sun offers you the possibility to
perform these tasks for you so that you really can enjoy
your holidays in Bulgaria. Several formulas are possible.
The frequency of control visits
and specific tasks are planned in function of your
requirements. After each visit you can receive a
comprehensive report with digital photos.

Regular inspection of
your holiday house |

The knowledge that someone
regularly visits your house in order to controll
everything increases very much the pleasure of having
this property. Our controls are thorough and
extended, in and out the house. Installations are
controlled on their working and state. From each
visit you receive a report immediately, in order to keep
you informed about the actual situation. We take
action whenever needed (after consultation with you).

at the beginning or
the end of
